Many of the most-famous Pda, Palm or PocketPC, can synchronize with Linux.

MultiSync is a free modular program to synchronize calendars, addressbooks and other PIM data between programs on your computer and other computers, mobile devices, PDAs or cell phones. MultiSync works on any Gnome platform, such as Linux.

SynCE is a plugin for Multisync
The purpose of the SynCE project is to provide a means of communication with a Windows CE device from a computer running Linux, FreeBSD or a similar operating system.

There also Linux installations on PocketPC, but this is something completely different and only possible with devices that have been reversed engineered (old ones and just a few ones).
