Drupal is both CMSi-blog and CMSi-site. It allows you to:
- use it as a blog
- create webpages
- add many modules (calendar, wysiwyg editor, bbcode)
- categorize following a vocabulary and terms: can be of the form of a thesaurus (synonyms) or a taxonomy (hierarchical). It can cross-link terms. Seems to be quite evolved.
