I use Wordpress, it's a free and professional blog system, has categories and sub-categories, and it's possible to publish directly from Firefox, and it parses URL.
I also use Diigo.com for intermediate anotation of webpages I find interesting and then publish to my blog. It's a plugin for Firefox.
I finally use Freemind and Mindmanager to make a mind map of all the amazing things I can do of my time for the next weeks ! Huum, I like to look at it :)
Let's introduce the subject with four themas :
